2. Smoking only in outdoor areas.

3. Pets are allowed, only dogs.  Must weigh a maximum of 10 kg. Only two pets per villa is allowed. An additional fee of  $100 USD per day  per pet is required

4. Access to rooms only for guests.

5. The hotel is committed to protecting the environment and revitalizing the communities around us. The Green Imperative Fund operates based on guest contributions of USD $2.00 net per night per Villa.

6. We are not responsible for personal losses incurred in the rooms.
