3b. How often do you sleep and wake up at regular time?
3c. How frequently do you take time to relax and calm down before sleep? (eg. take a warm shower, pray meditate, do light stretching exercise)
3d. How consistently do you minimise using blue light emitting electronic gadgets (mobile phones, television,laptop) at least 2 hours before sleep?
3e. How regularly do you feel refreshed after a night of sleep, without using any medication, alcohol or substance for the purpose of relaxation?
3f. How commonly do you sleep at one stretch without any interruptions? (waking up to go for urinal, disturbed with stomach irritability or getting scary dreams)
3g. When needed, how often do you take a short nap during the day time (eg. 10 minute nap at lunch time), and feel refreshed thereafter?

我是否必须在到达悦榕维养轩之前确定一个健康方案?

不需要。所有宾客在入住之初都会获得一次私人健康咨询。在讨论了宾客的健康状况、兴趣和目标后,我们会为宾客推荐适合他们的最佳方案。宾客也可以在咨询后改变他们事先预订的方案。

您们是否为单人旅行者提供服务?

是的,我们欢迎单人旅行者,事实上,我们的许多宾客都会独自前来。我们在晚餐时有一个公共餐桌,对于这样的宾客来说,这是一个认识其他人的好机会。

您们允许儿童(12岁及以下)在度假村居住吗?

是否有最短居留时间?

我们建议至少居留2——3晚。如果订购7晚住宿,宾客将有机会选择参加每周提供的50项活动。

您们提供团体静修吗?

虽然我们建议保持小班课,这样能确保个性化体验,但也可以针对组织团体静修,做出一些调整。

度假村是否为所有这些活动适当投保?

酒店已为这些活动投保。与酒店目前提供的活动相比,养修方案中的活动在风险或难度上没有明显区别。

我们的厨师和养修管家很乐意支持您的饮食偏好和营养目标。然而,我们建议您在抵达之前就告知需求。

我可以吸烟、饮酒或喝咖啡吗?

我们不建议吸烟。为了您的安全考虑,我们建议只在晚上适度饮酒。在您参加养修活动时,酒精可能会影响平衡感和判断力。别墅内提供有机茶和咖啡。

入住时间为14.00,退房时间为12.00。

我如何为入住做准备?

保持您目前的生活需求,此外无需任何准备。 请携带几套舒适的运动服和鞋子、游泳衣、凉鞋、太阳镜、帽子以及防晒和防虫用品。

度假村内是否允许使用移动电话或无人机?

为了尊重宾客的隐私,度假村内不允许使用无人机。

维养轩努力提高一个人的自我意识和对养修的各大支柱的认知。这里是一个安全的空间,适合任何希望探索和尝试养修方法和知识的人,这些方法和知识在宾客回国后,仍会长期帮助改善他们的健康。

维养轩有Wi-Fi吗?

是的,维养轩有WiFi。然而,我们建议您在白天脱离数码设备,完全沉浸在维养体验中,与自我、他人和自然建立连结。

如果我需要推迟/取消住宿怎么办?可以改变预订日期吗?

任何取消或修改预订的情况必须在入住前至少提前14至30天(根据季节)告知酒店。

我打算为一个大型团体/活动/公司务虚会预订客房——我可以获得折扣价吗?

所有的活动都是集体进行的吗?

所有的活动都是分组进行的,但所有的Spa服务都是在您的别墅里进行的。

每节课有多少人?

我们的重点是提供私密课程。平均每个班级由8-16人组成,但有些班级只限于2——4人。

如果我想专注于某一特定领域,我可以要求参加私人课程吗?

是的,这可以安排,但需要额外收费。

执业老师是男性、女性,还是都有?

我们有男性和女性员工,而且对某些活动可以提出特殊要求。

如果我错过了一节课,会怎样?我可以在第二天参加吗?

我们的课程表在一周内每天都是固定的,所以如果您错过了某一堂课,第二天可能就没有了。但是,我们的养修管家会帮您另选一个课程,实现您的养修目标。另外,我们也可以安排私人课程(需额外收费)。

如果同样的课程我想上两次,会怎样?

我们一周内每天的时间表都是固定的,以便让宾客发现他们可能感兴趣的各种活动。可能无法重复某节课,但我们的养修管家可以帮您另选一节课,实现您的养修目标。另外,我们也可以安排私人课程(需额外收费)。

如果我想参加另一个 "精品项目 "的课程怎么办?

这完全由您选择。我们的项目是为了给您完全的自由。抵达后,您将见到自己的养修管家,他将设计一个适合您目标的项目。或者,您也可以在抵达之前与您的养修管家沟通,预先做好安排。

在居留结束时,我是否会收到一份结业证书?
