Kim holds an Honors Degree in Business from Queensland University of Technology and has studied Neuroscience modalities with Harvard University. She has a wide range of professional diplomas and certifications in meditation and mindfulness facilitating, health and wellness coaching, cognitive behavioural therapy and quantum physics. She has a passion for wellbeing and has been on her own journey of discovery through studying and working in wellbeing-centered establishments for more than 15 years.
Kim is committed to inspiring and helping people to live integrated and fulfilling lives of abundance and balance in which wellbeing rituals and practices are an integral part of daily life.
Elizabeth holds a Degree in Naturopathy & Yoga and a Diploma in Nutrition and Diet. She began her career as a Nutritionist and Yoga consultant and has worked with naturopathy colleges and hospitals around the world. She affirms natural healing modalities and appreciates the value of modern science in holistic wellbeing. She is masters in Naturopathy, Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching.
Rajesh is a Master of Yoga from the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres in India. He holds a Diploma in Ayurvedic Nursing and Panchakarma. With more than 10 years of experience, Rajesh has trained in various wellness retreats and monastries, and has also imparted his knowledge to several yoga teachers. He enjoys helping people in his role as a motivational speaker where he helps people to discover greater levels of commitment, success, love and increased physical and emotional wellbeing.
He has particular expertise in Ayurvedic Treatments, Yoga and Meditation.
Varisara graduated with first class honors from Huachiew Chalermprakiet University,
one of the top Traditional Chinese Medicine Universities in Thailand . She strongly believes in preventative medicine through the powerful effects of plants, herbs and Traditional Chinese Medicine. The time spent in China has furthered her passion and appreciation for traditional approach with meditation movements like Tai Ji Chuan and Qi Gong.
Giovanna has obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Rehabilitation from Salford University, Manchester. Giovanna worked closely with people to overcome their injuries and empowering them to live life pain free and continue doing what they love by restoring confidence in movement. She has collected experiences from various settings including professional sports clubs, wellness clinics, and private studios.
Giovanna values the approach of providing people optimal physical health by introducing conscious habits which smoothly entwines into their lives.
Dr. Kotchakorn is a highly skilled practitioner of Applied Thai Traditional Medicine, holding a First Class Honours degree from the prestigious Mae Fah Luang University in Thailand. She is a licensed professional and member of the Thai Traditional Medicine Council. Her experience spans both traditional hospital settings and cutting-edge research in stem cell biology and regenerative medicine. Kotchakorn's approach centers on the harmonious integration of ancient wisdom and modern science to restore balance within the body, mind, and spirit.
